Terms of sale – International orders - Release of Liability

You must agree to all conditions before we proceed with shipping your order to Herford, Germany. Once your online order is completed it cannot be cancelled. Under no circumstances the merchandise could be returned or refunded. We ship DDU (delivery duties unpaid) which means that you are responsible for paying the customs charges, duties, taxes, and all fees that may be added by the carriers, customs agencies and financial institutions of the sending and receiving countries. These agencies will contact you for payment instructions once the charges are calculated and your package is ready for final delivery.

We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. It is your responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. Once your order leaves our facility and is received by the carrier you agree to waive, release, and discharge Leabrig and its officers from all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from negligence, losses, damages, delays, theft, or situations of any kind which may occur during or after transit. Any question you may have related to your shipment must be filed with the carriers or the customs agencies. 

Our regular product warranty is voided for purchases shipped outside the United States.
