The terms of sale listed below apply to retail sales only. To enquire about purchasing our products as a wholesaler please email us at email@example.com.
We ship merchandises to locations within the continental United States except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to hotels, P.O boxes and Army Post Offices (APO's).
We usually ship USPS priority mail with tracking confirmation. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request other shipping arrangements and we will provide you with a quote. We may choose at our own expense to ship your order with signature confirmation. During the checkout process you may request this free option as well for any order above $100.
Shipping time is 3 to 6 business days - in addition to processing time (2 to 6 business days unless otherwise specified).
A discounted flat shipping fee of $6.95 will apply to all orders unless mentioned otherwise. Free shipping only available in the US.
To the extent that we are required by law, items are charged sales tax per the tax laws applicable to delivery location.

We do not exchange products but if you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund the cost of gift boxes, wrapping accessories, final sales items, shipping fees and made to order items.
If the returned items are not received in impeccable condition then a 50% charge based on the value of the item will apply.
To return an item please ship the package via the carrier of your choice, with signature confirmation required. If for any reason the returned item(s) or order are not received by us and you are unable to provide us with proof of shipping your purchase will not be refunded.
All returned items must be in original packaging, with tags and in impeccable condition. In most cases your refund will be processed within 5 business days but in some circumstances it may take up to 45 days for the transaction to be processed. Your refund will be made via your original payment method.
Each item we ship to you has been carefully inspected and therefore it is unlikely that one or several items arrive at destination damaged or defective. However, we understand that a package can be mishandled after it leaves our facility thus resulting in possible damage of your item(s). Do not accept or open a damaged package. If you are unable to refuse the package you must follow the directions below within 48 hours.
- Take at least two pictures from two different angles of the damaged package.
- Email us at email@example.com with your contact info and the pictures in attachment.
- We will instruct you on what to do next.
Orders can be canceled unless otherwise stated in the product description. All orders are sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. While we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 35% cancellation fee before credit is issued. All cancellations will be treated as a return with all applicable fees. Custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from ordering. Past 24 hours a 60% cancellation fee will apply.
Lost, missing and unclaimed packages.
We solely rely on information provided by our carriers to determine if a package was delivered. Once it has been verified as delivered the item(s) cannot be claimed as being lost or missing. Unclaimed packages returned to us can be claimed within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Shipping charges will apply for shipping the package back to you.
Warranty against manufacturing defects applies as stated in the product description and starts from the date of purchase. Warranty includes either repair or replacement of the product(s) and does not apply to accident, abuse, cosmetic defects or misuse.
Please contact us at Leabrig66@yahoo.com before requesting warranty services. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to activate warranty services. Defective items may be shipped back to manufacturer for inspection, repair or replacement. For this reason it may take up to 60 days to provide you with a new or repaired item. Items that cannot be repaired or replaced or that are temporarily or permanently discontinued will be refunded. Refund excludes initial shipping fees.
