The terms of sale listed below apply to retail sales only. To enquire about purchasing our products as a wholesaler please email us at email@example.com.
Payments will be processed through Paypal. No need to open a Paypal account to pay for your order. Once redirected to Paypal, select Pay With Debit Or Credit Card and enter your payment card information.
We ship merchandises to locations within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to hotels, P.O boxes and Army Post Offices (APO's).
We usually ship USPS priority mail with tracking confirmation. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request other shipping arrangements and we will provide you with a shipping quote. When we deem necessary we make the decision to ship - at no additional costs to you - your order with signature confirmation. During the checkout process you may request this free option as well. We strongly encourage you to do so as, unlike a tracking number, a signature confirmation acts as proof of delivery when shipments are reported undelivered or missing.
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Mondays through Fridays) unless mentioned otherwise.
Shipping time is 3 to 6 days - in addition to processing time.
A discounted flat shipping fee of $6.95 will apply to all orders. If you would like us to ship your order with signature confirmation please add a note requesting this option during the checkout process. Please note that this simple request is at no additional costs to you and could facilitate the replacement of packages reported undelivered or missing however, all costs for re-shipping replacement items or packages are the responsibility of the buyer unless mentioned otherwise.
Sales tax will be collected for each order shipped to the state of California.
For adjustments, refunds or questions regarding the sales tax, please contact your local State Board of Equalization.
Promotional Offers and Coupons
Unless mentioned otherwise our discount coupons are valid for a period of one (1) month from the date they are created.
We do not exchange products but if you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 21 days of receiving the merchandise. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Sorry but we do not refund the cost of gift boxes, wrapping accessories, final sales items, shipping fees and custom-made items.
We accept a ONE-TIME return PER ORDER without a restocking fee provided that all of the returned items are packaged together and returned at the same time. Restocking fees of 20% will apply to any additional returns at a later date.
To return an item please ship the package via the carrier of your choice, with signature confirmation required. If for whatever reason the returned item(s) or order are not received by us and you are unable to provide us with proof of delivery we will not refund your purchase.
Ship to the return address located at the bottom of the packing list.
All returned items must be in original packaging, with tags and in impeccable condition.
In most cases your refund will be processed within 10 business days but in rare circumstances it may take up to 45 days for the transaction to be processed.
We do not give cash refunds. Your refund will be made via your original payment method.
Damaged items will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping fees will apply in order for us to ship the damaged items back to the sender.
Each item we ship to you has been carefully inspected and therefore it is unlikely that one or several items arrive at destination damaged or defective. However, we understand that your package may have been mishandled after it leaves our facility thus resulting in possible damage of your item(s). Within 48 hours from receiving a damaged package please follow these steps:
- Take two pictures from two different angles of the damage package (Before you open it)
- Email us at email@example.com with your contact info and the two pictures in attachment.
- We will instruct you on what to do next within the next 48 hours. Past 48 hours we assume that your package was left unattended and it may compromise our ability to help you solve this issue.
Lost, missing or unclaimed packages
Depending on the circumstances we may agree to replace an item or order reported undelivered or missing ONLY if a signature confirmation was requested during the check out process. Please read our "Shipping" and "Shipping Costs" section before placing your order.
You will be notified by phone or email when your package is returned to us as unclaimed. Your instructions on how you want us to proceed with your order must be emailed at Leabrig66@yahoo.com. You can choose to have your order shipped back to you at your expenses or refunded within 90 days of placing your initial order. Past 90 days we will refund 80% of the value of your order. Past 180 days you will lose the ability to claim your order or obtain a refund. Please note that shipping fees are your responsibility and that the discounted $6.95 shipping fee we offer for online purchases cannot be applied to reshipping unclaimed packages back to you.
Warranty against manufacturing defects applies as stated in the product description. Warranty includes either repair or replacement of the items(s). The warranty does not apply to accident, abuse, misuse, any external cause such as fire or flood, to damages caused by operating the product outside the intended use or to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality and to cosmetic damages such as scratches, stains or dents.
Please contact us at Leabrig66@yahoo.com before requesting warranty services. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to activate warranty services. Defective items returned to us are always shipped back to manufacturer for inspection and repair or replacement. For this reason it may take up to 60 days to provide you with a new or repaired item.
