The terms of sale listed below apply to retail sales only. To enquire about purchasing our products as a wholesaler please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payments will be processed through Paypal. No need to open a Paypal account to pay for your order. Once redirected to Paypal, select Pay With Debit Or Credit Card and enter your payment card information.
We ship merchandises to locations within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to hotels, P.O boxes and Army Post Offices (APO's).
We usually ship USPS priority mail with tracking confirmation. Please email us at email@example.com to request other shipping arrangements and we will provide you with a quote. We may choose at our own expense to ship your order with signature confirmation. During the checkout process you may request this free option as well. We strongly encourage you to do so as a signature confirmation acts as an additional proof of delivery when shipments are reported undelivered or missing.
Shipping time is 3 to 6 business days - in addition to processing time (2 to 6 business days unless otherwise specified).
A discounted flat shipping fee of $6.95 will apply to all orders unless mentioned otherwise.
Sales tax will be collected for each order shipped to the state of California.
For adjustments, refunds or questions regarding the sales tax, please contact your local State Board of Equalization.
We do not exchange products but if you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 21 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Past 21 days we are unfortunately unable to assist or help resolve return issues.
We do not refund the cost of gift boxes, wrapping accessories, final sales items, shipping fees and custom-made items.
We accept a ONE-TIME return PER ORDER without a restocking fee provided that all of the returned items are packaged together and returned at the same time. Restocking fees of 20% will apply to any additional returns at a later date.
To return an item please ship the package via the carrier of your choice, with signature confirmation required. If for any reason the returned item(s) or order are not received by us and you are unable to provide us with proof of shipping your purchase will not be refunded.

All returned items must be in original packaging, with tags and in impeccable condition.
In most cases your refund will be processed within 10 business days but in some circumstances it may take up to 45 days for the transaction to be processed. Your refund will be made via your original payment method.
Each item we ship to you has been carefully inspected and therefore it is unlikely that one or several items arrive at destination damaged or defective. However, we understand that a package can be mishandled after it leaves our facility thus resulting in possible damage of your item(s). Within 48 hours from receiving a damaged package please follow the steps below before opening the package. Past 48 hours we are unfortunately unable to assist or resolve any issues related to damaged items.
- Take at least two pictures from two different angles of the damaged package.
- Email us at email@example.com with your contact info and the pictures in attachment.
- We will instruct you on what to do next.
Lost, missing or unclaimed packages.
We rely solely on information provided by our carriers to determine if a package was delivered. Once it has been verified as being delivered the item(s) cannot be claimed as being lost or missing.
Unclaimed packages returned to us can be claimed within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Shipping charges will apply for shipping the package back to you.
Satisfaction guaranteed or money back offers
Request for refund must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. This offer cannot be combined with other offers, including coupons. UPC, attached tags, "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" form (included in your original order) and valid original dated receipt must be included in the request for a refund. Proof of purchase must be obtained from product purchased by you. Refunds are processed via Paypal. Upon receiving Paypal refund notification it is your responsibility to accept the incoming transaction before the offer expires. Warranty against manufacturing defects applies as stated in the product description and starts from the date of purchase. Warranty includes either repair or replacement of the product(s) and does not apply to accident, abuse, cosmetic defects or misuse.
Please contact us at Leabrig66@yahoo.com before requesting warranty services. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to activate warranty services. Defective items may be shipped back to manufacturer for inspection, repair or replacement. For this reason it may take up to 60 days to provide you with a new or repaired item. Items that cannot be repaired or replaced or that are temporarily or permanently discontinued will be refunded. Refund excludes initial shipping fees.
