U.S. Shipping Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and ship shortly thereafter. Please note that standard processing times do not apply during publicly announced Store Closure: in such cases, fulfillment timelines are governed by the terms provided in our Terms of Service. 

In rare cases, an order may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra processing time, we will contact you. 

We ship within the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not ship to hotels, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO (military) addresses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders addressed to these restricted locations.

Direct Shipments: Please note that select items may ship directly from our international suppliers to your U.S. address. In these instances, shipping times may vary and may exceed standard domestic transit estimates.

Estimated Transit Time: 3–6 business days after shipment (does not include processing time). Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Fee: A flat shipping rate applies to most orders, unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping: Eligibility for complimentary shipping is designated on an individual product basis and is subject to change at our discretion.

Damage in Transit

If your package arrives damaged during transit, we recommend refusing the package and asking the carrier to return to sender.

A damaged shipping box often indicates possible damage to the merchandise. If the package shows any damage, follow these steps BEFORE opening:

  • Take a close-up photo of the shipping label (with tracking number clearly visible).
  • Take photos of all visible damage to the outside of the box (multiple angles if needed).
  • Remove the merchandise from the box.
  • Take a photo of the item BEFORE REMOVING ANY WRAPPING (even if it appears undamaged.
  • As you unwrap the item, take photos if any damage become visible.
  • Once fully unwrapped, if there are broken parts or mechanical issues, take at least two clear photos of the damage.
  • Email the documentation to Umbrellas@Leabrig.com with your order number.
