Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website or place an order. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

Terms of Sale

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

The following terms apply to retail sales within the United States only. For wholesale inquiries, please email Umbrellas@Leabrig.com.

We reserve the right to determine the fulfillment method for any order. At our sole discretion, certain items may be shipped directly from international suppliers to the United States. These orders are managed on a case-by-case basis regarding carrier selection and tracking. When international fulfillment is utilized, shipping lead times may vary from standard domestic estimates, and items within a single order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied in accordance with the tax laws of the delivery location.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. After 24 hours, the following rules apply:

Supplier-Direct Shipments: For orders fulfilled directly by our international suppliers, cancellations are not accepted after the initial 24-hour window. These orders enter a specialized fulfillment process immediately. If the item is marked as "Eligible for Return" in the product description, you may initiate a return once the item has been delivered. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions. 

Standard U.S. Shipments: For orders fulfilled from our domestic stock, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged after 24 hours to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees and administrative costs.

Cancellations After Shipment: Once any order has been handed to the carrier, it is treated as a return. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for authorization and instructions.

Lost, Missing, and Unclaimed Packages

We rely on carrier tracking to confirm delivery. If tracking shows "delivered", we consider the order delivered. We are not responsible for "porch piracy" or theft once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe a package was misdelivered or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier first and notify us - we'll provide any information we have to assist.

Unclaimed packages returned to us can be reclaimed within 30 days. Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package. After 30 days, packages will be considered abandoned and restocked without a refund.

Product Warranty 

Certain products may be covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (for example, the frame or opening mechanism), where noted in the product description.

This warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, improper handling, cosmetic wear, or weather conditions. We may request photos and/or additional information to evaluate a claim. If repair or replacement isn't possible, a refund may be issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to evaluate and determine whether an item shows signs of tampering or unauthorized repair. If tampering is detected, any warranty or refund claim will be denied, and the product will be returned to the buyer without further obligation.

Warranty Claim Process: To submit a warranty request, please email Umbrellas@Leabrig.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Defective items may require inspection by the manufacturer, a process that can take up to 60 days to complete. Replacement products will be selected from the current collection and may not include discontinued products or limited-edition models.

If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or special offers. Each promotion is governed by its own conditions, which may affect pricing, shipping eligibility, and product availability.

In certain promotions involving multiple items, free shipping may apply only when all items in the order qualify for complimentary shipping. If an order combines items that do and do not qualify for free shipping, standard shipping rates will apply.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Store Closure

Store closure periods are clearly announced on our website. Placement of an order during publicly announced closure period constitutes an express acknowledgement of the associated fulfillment delays. Such orders are governed by the specific timelines provided during the checkout process. 

Processing and shipping resume once the store reopens, with orders fulfilled in the sequence received. If fulfillment cannot be completed within 30 days of the reopening date, you will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund.

To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of transactions, we implement stringent verification measures for orders identified as potentially fraudulent by our payment processing partners.

Verification Process
When an order is flagged, we may request additional documentation or information to verify the identity of the purchaser and the legitimacy of the transaction.

Non-Compliance
If we can't complete verification due to insufficient information, no response, or refusal to provide required details, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Any non-refundable fees (such as payment processing fees) are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We work hard to keep our website information accurate and up to date. However, the website, its content, and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 

Unless a law requires otherwise, we don't provide warranties beyond what we state in writing.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for general reference. Colors and details may vary slightly due to manufacturing variations and screen settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

If a claim relates to an order, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the item involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
