This Return and Refund Policy explains our return eligibility, return process, and refund rules.

How to start a return

Return Window & Eligibility

Return eligibility is determined by the item category and the specific designation on the product page.

  • Standard Items: Returns must be requested and the product returned within 30 days of purchase. for orders placed during Store Closure, this window is extended as outlined in our Terms of Service.
  • Default Policy: In any instance where a specific return window or eligibility is not indicated on a product page, the item shall be governed by our Standard 30-day Return Policy.
  • Luxury, Rare, or Unique Items: Due to the nature of these items, return eligibility is determined on a per-product basis. Please consult the product description prior to purchase for confirmation of return status.
  • Made-to-Order & Final Sale: Items designated as "Final Sale" or "Made-to-Order"  are ineligible for return or exchange.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the specific return eligibility mentioned in the product description—including "Final Sale" or "No Returns" designations— takes precedence over this general policy.

Condition of Returns

All returns must be in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging and components, and suitable for resale. If an item is returned used, damaged, or missing components, it is ineligible for a refund. In these instances, we reserve the right to deny the refund entirely (particularly if the item is no longer in resalable condition) or issue partial refund to account for the diminished value of the item.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers pay return shipping. Returns must be shipped with a trackable carrier service.

Non-Refundable Items

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Gift wrap/add-on services are non-refundable once provided.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order at your convenience.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancellations and the associated fees are governed by our Terms of Service. Approved refunds are typically processed within five business days to your original payment method.

If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method due to processing limitations (e.g., expired card, closed account, or payment provider restrictions), store credit will be issued instead. Non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged Items

If any item is returned used, damaged, or missing components/packaging, it may be ineligible for a refund. In such cases, we may return the item to the customer and issue a partial refund (or no refund). Any costs we incur due to the return - including return shipping and handling - may be deducted from the refund.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we recommend refusing the package and asking the carrier to return it to sender when possible. If the package is accepted or left unattended, take at least three clear photos (or a video) showing both the shipping box and the damaged item, then email the documentation to Umbrellas@Leabrig.com with your order number. We will review and provide next steps.

Statutory Rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
